I am M. Aysha Nasreen, M.Sc., M.Phil in Nutrition and Dietetics, a passionate nutritionist with over 10 years of experience in the field of health, wellness, and nutrition science. My journey began as an Assistant Professor, where I nurtured young minds in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics. Later, I expanded my expertise by working as a Consultant Nutritionist in reputed firms, a Weight Loss Consultant in fitness centers, and by conducting Wellness Sessions for corporates.

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds—helping them manage lifestyle diseases, guiding sustainable weight loss, and promoting overall well-being. This experience made me realize a significant gap between scientific nutrition knowledge and the general public’s access to it.

To bridge this gap, I founded Nutrifix with the vision of making nutrition available, affordable, and practical for everyone.
